From Java to Bali

This tour will allow you to see different sides of Indonesia, you will trek on the active and always smoking volcanoes Mount Bromo and Kawa Ijen from East Java, enjoy the nice beaches from north Bali in Permuteran area, and take some good energy from the amazingly green and secluded ricefields of Blimbing.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 Surabaya – Cemorolawang

    Our team will pick you up at Surabaya Airport, you will then take the road to Mount Bromo area (3 hours). Lunch en route. When we arrive we can enjoy a short trekking in the caldeira of Mount Penanjakan. Dinner and night in hotel.

  • Day 2 Mount Bromo - Ketapang

    Mount Bromo - Ketapang Very early in the morning, we take some jeeps and then walk for a while to enjoy the sunrise and watch the volcanoes of Bromo, Batok and Semeru. After this we go down in the sea of sand and walk up to the Mount Bromo to watch very closely the smoke coming off the volcano. After this we go back to the hotel to take breakfast. After this, we take the road to east Java (5 to 6 hours). Lunch en route. We arrive by the end of the afternoon and can enjoy the swimming pool of the hotel. Dinner and night in hotel in Ketapang

  • Day 3 Mount Kawa Ijen - Pemuteran

    Mount Kawa Ijen  - Pemuteran Once again very early in the morning we take the vehicle (2h) to reach the departure of the trekking to Mount Kawa Ijen. We start trekking with the sunrise for a 2h30 trekking to reach the summit of Kawa Ijen, on the way to the top we will cross the path of the volcano workers who take down everyday baskets of sulfur from the crater to sell it to industries. They can carry up to 100kg twice
    aday! Once we reach the top we can enjoy the amazing view of the lake in the crater. We go down the same way and take back the vehicle to the hotel. Then we have lunch and take the ferry to cross from Java to Bali. We take the road to Pemuteran and enjoy some free time by the beach. Dinner and night in Pemuteran.

  • Day 4 Pemuteran - Munduk

    Pemuteran - Munduk In the morning we try some snorkeling activity from the beach in Biorock spot. It was created to renew coral that has been destroyed by waves and fishermen fishing with dynamite. You can see young coral growing on metallic structures that were settled by an NGO and a lot of tropical fishes. After this, we take a lunch and we drive to Munduk a village located in a mountainous area. We will enjoy a trekking in plantations such as cocoa, coffee and fruit trees, and we will discover some waterfall. Dinner and night in Munduk.

  • Day 5 Munduk – Cycling and Rafting – Ubud

    Munduk – Cycling and Rafting – Ubud After the breakfast, we leave to the south to Ubud area (1h30 drive) we will enjoy some cycling activity (2h) and discover the ricefields of the area. Then we will have lunch and in the beginning of the afternoon we will experience rafting on the Ayu River (2h). We will reach Ubud in the afternoon. Free time and dinner with dance show in a restaurant

  • Day 6 Ubud – Monkey forest –Transfer to airport

    Ubud – Monkey forest –Transfer to airport In the morning we will start by a visit of the Monkey forest, then free time while we are waiting for airport transfer (1h30) and flight back to China. Meals are not included

Weather

Le climat est équatorial. En raison de sa position de part et d'autres de l'équateur, l'Indonésie est soumise à un climat égal toute l'année, dont les variations sont fortement atténuées par les influences maritimes. Les saisons sont donc moins marquées. Cependant, en règle générale, le Sud est moins chaud et plus sec. La température moyenne oscille entre 24 et 35° C.
